Not only that, but this is a great time to start a new exercise routine and get active because the body’s natural systems are ready and the exercise portion of it will build muscle. The only thing you need to watch out for is that the gluten-free diet is for maintenance only. If you are eating gluten-free for a longer period of time, your body is not going to be able to properly break down all the proteins you need for your diet.
The only problem with the gluten-free diet is that you may end up eating a lot more gluten than you need for your diet.
