Our own habit of doing things for the wrong reasons can be very difficult to break. I find it very frustrating to have a habit that I know is completely wrong, but yet I force myself to continue on doing it.
Our habit of doing things for the wrong reasons has been quite a challenge for me. The problem is that I have a tendency to think that I can succeed at things because I just know what I think I should be doing. This is a bit of a problem because I have learned what I think I should be doing, but it makes it much harder when I actually have to actually do it.
This is where self-discipline comes in. You can have this habit of thinking you should be disciplined in your life, but what you really have is an unachievable goal. That goal has to be so hard and so painful that you can’t even imagine doing it. This is where the discipline comes in. You have to be driven to do this. You have to be willing to give up something that you are truly passionate about in order to get it done.
Self-discipline is the ability to be consistently focused and committed to a particular activity. It is something that you have internalized. It is a habit that you’ve developed. It is something that you can’t let go of. You have to go through the motions, you have to do the things you have to do for it to become real. This is where you have the discipline to actually do it.

At least in the case of self-discipline, you can do whatever you have to do because you are the only person in your life who knows how to do it. You are the only person in the world who has the discipline to actually do what you have to do.
In other words, self-discipline is a habit. Its a hard habit to break because it’s a habit so it can be a hard habit to sustain. For example, the first time you wake up, you start by taking a big breath and thinking, “I have to do something. I have to get out of bed.” Then you do whatever it is that you have to do, which includes taking a big breath, and you go to sleep.
But once you get out of bed, you’re just going to do your thing, right? Well, that’s probably not how this works. Your life is a journey, and you don’t get to choose where you take that journey. You have to take your first step and keep going. You have to take your first step, and then you think about doing your thing. That’s all there is to it. Your first step is doing what you have to.
