After reading about moala milk, I knew I had to make a batch. This is a very simple milk with a creamy texture made with almond milk, so it doesn’t taste too sweet. I have found that I can make this every single day by using a blender (or my KitchenAid blender – which does it very well) and blending at a high speed to make a smooth and creamy paste. I use this to blend the almond milk I use in my smoothies.
This is the kind of simple milk you should drink a lot of, but it’s also great for drinking on its own, especially during the summer. It’s also a good snack by itself or with a shot of non-alcoholic beer for a quick and easy energy boost.
While I can’t recommend the almond milk as an everyday drink, I can recommend this as a snack. I have one of these in my fridge and it makes a great healthy snack for the next day.
While I have no experience with milk (or almond butter), I can tell you that this is very good for you! I think when you start drinking it for the first time, your body needs a little kick to get going, which it does very well. Not only do you get a kick, but your taste buds go on high alert and you quickly go from a big bowl of milk to a giant bowl of milk.
