My goal here is to help you see the different types of goals you can set for yourself. You can think of goals as something big that you want to accomplish but that is still in the future. These are the goals that are hard to attain.

If you have a goal that you want to achieve, it’s a good idea to write it down somewhere so you can monitor it for success or failure. For example, if you want to lose weight, you might jot down a goal like, “I am going to lose weight. I’m going to eat only healthy foods.

Some goals are just not attainable. For example, you might feel like you want to play a musical instrument, but you might not be able to make it to a concert. Or you might want to be a successful writer, but you might not have the time or resources.

Writing goals are among the most important things you can do if you hope to achieve a goal, but there are also many other things that can help you along. For example, a goal to lose weight might be great, but you might find that you can’t get the right food into your diet. Or you might find that you simply don’t have the time to work out. Or you might not have the money for the gym you really want to go to.

The idea with goals is to get yourself to write down your goals. Its easy to forget about this once your head is full of goals you need to achieve. That’s why I like goal planning software like Goals.io. It allows you to see what goals you have to achieve in your life, and what you can do to help you achieve them.

This is my third or fourth time trying to make a goal, so it’s not too surprising that I am doing it.

The other big difference between goals and self-awareness is when you use goals, you are always using your own awareness. You may be better at saying “I am going to do X” than “I am going to be better at X”, but if you use goals, you can be much more specific and specific about what you want to achieve.
